EUGENE, Ore. — The Eugene Police Department is putting the spotlight on downtown traffic safety this Friday and Saturday with enhanced enforcements.
“Downtown Eugene is the social, economic and cultural heart of our community and maintaining traffic safety in this more heavily population area is an important element,” Eugene PD said.
