NORRISTOWN — A Skippack Township man faces a potential jail term in connection with an alleged road rage incident in Towamencin Township during which he fired a pistol at another vehicle occupied by two people.
Kenneth Frankenberger, 71, of the 900 block of Bridge Road, pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court to two felony counts of aggravated assault in connection with the July 21, 2025, traffic altercation with another driver along Kulp Road in Towamencin.
Frankenberger faces a possible maximum sentence of 11½ to 23 months in the county jail…
