The old PNC Bank building off Forest Hill Blvd. and Ken Adams Way in Wellington Town Square was given approval Wednesday, May 27 for more sign visibility and for new paint colors, now that the outparcel has been taken over by a new business.
Wellington’s Architectural Review Board approved the new aesthetic changes for the building, which will now be used by Ignite Wealth, a financial services and media company.
Before the meeting, the new owners of the property painted the building, but went before the board after realizing they needed approval from the village to make such changes…
