Magnolia Ridge Logistics Park is moving into its next phase following the completion of infrastructure construction and final plat approvals.
The 186-acre industrial park in Geismar, developed by Alexandria-based Ratcliff Development and local private equity firm JRE Capital, has 14 shovel-ready sites intended for industrial tenants like bulk distribution companies, light manufacturers and plant services businesses. There are lots ranging from 2 to 16 acres.
