A State College woman has been crowned Ms. Pennsylvania Senior America.
Tammy Miller won the recognition on Sunday in Harrisburg at what is dubbed “the world’s first and foremost pageant to emphasize and give honor to women who have reached the ‘Age of Elegance.’” She will represent the commonwealth at the Ms. Senior America pageant in October in Atlantic City.
