HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — The Harrisburg City Council held a work session Tuesday where they discussed multiple possible options to pay back $2.3 million owed by parks and recreation in grants to the commonwealth.
The $2.3 million is actually down from $13 million the city was looking at owing the Department of Community and Economic Development in March.
