MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Flash flooding hit some area streets Friday afternoon, leaving drivers stranded.
Southaven Police said around 1 p.m. that Stateline Road was closed in both directions between Millbranch and Whitworth due to flash flooding. It was later reopened.
