DeWitt, N.Y. – The legal fight over a proposed Goodwill retail store on the site of the former Tops store in DeWitt is escalating.
On Thursday afternoon, state Supreme Court Gerard J. Neri issued a decision in the lawsuit over plans to locate a Goodwill store at the busy corner of Jamesville Road and East Genesee Street. Neri ruled in favor the developer, The Widewaters Group.
