IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – Jorge Eliecer Gonzalez-Ochoa has been sentenced after pleading guilty to a federal charge of Fraud and Misuse of Documents.
Court documents filed Wednesday say he is sentenced to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons for “time served plus one day.” He will not have to serve any supervised release.
