CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – The City of Cedar Rapids shared Friday morning that it received reports of water in residents’ basements in NewBo and Czech Village. The area saw heavy rain and storms Wednesday and Thursday.
Several manholes were also full of water, according to the city.
