BELVIDERE, Ill. (WIFR) – A 25-year-old man was arrested Wednesday after police received a report that a young child was sexually assaulted.
Lucio Vazquez Hernandez, of Belvidere, is charged with unlawful grooming.
Around 3 a.m., June 10, Belvidere officers went out to the 900 block of W. 5th Street for a report of a sexual assault.
