POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 5:51pm on June 10th after reports of indecent exposure at Gateway Park in North Tonawanda.
The female 911 caller told police that a male was lying near his bicycle with his pants down. He was described as white, but no other details were given. Police did not say if he was homeless.
