After a picture-perfect Friday across central Indiana, an approaching warm front brings a chance of storms to the Midwest. However, it’s not all bad news as the coverage for Saturday is low. Then, the same system brings a cold front passage early Sunday.
A decent Saturday ahead
The number of events occurring across central Indiana is unmatched. Luckily, the weather will hold for any daytime plans. Expect Saturday to be a touch warmer and less humid, with dew points in the upper 50s to lower 60s.
Storm clusters in the Great Plains are behind the severe risks today. Those elevated severe storms will stay west. However, some storms could creep into Indiana this afternoon and early evening. However, I’ve kept the coverage low and favored well west and SW of Indianapolis. See below.
