LA firm pays $135M for Mesa industrial complex

A Los Angeles commercial real estate investment company last week paid $135 million for an 88.5-acre industrial park in East Mesa.

Miramar Capital Advisors closed the deal on a 10-building complex at East Warner and Sossamon roads called The Hub@202, according to commercial real estate tracker vizzda.com.

Built in 2022 by seller Madison Ventures Plus, the complex covers over 1.27 million square feet of industrial space occupied by multiple tenants and is located near one of Mesa’s largest data centers, Google, as well as the massive Hawes Landing development.

The sale price broke down to $106 per square foot…
