After a morning storm, local kids dried off their cars and geared up for the Omaha Soap Box Derby, an 88-year-old tradition held at Seymour Smith Park.
Eleven-year-old Audrey, a runner-up at last year’s World Championships in Akron, Ohio, was in a competitive spirit.
