ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A 33-year-old Charlottesville woman is facing charges after a man was found stabbed during a domestic-related incident in Albemarle County late Friday evening.
At about 10:26 p.m. on Friday, June 12, officers with the Albemarle County Police Department and crews with the Albemarle County Fire Rescue were called to the 800 block of Runnel Court for a reported stabbing.
