BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Two people are dead, and two others were critically injured after a crash on Main Street near the I-110 overpass, according to Baton Rouge Emergency Medical Services.
The Baton Rouge Police Department said the call came in around 4:25 p.m. Police said two trucks were involved, and preliminary information suggests the crash may have been a T-bone.
Baton Rouge EMS confirmed the coroner was called for two people at the scene. EMS also said two other people were taken to a hospital in critical condition.
Details about what led up to the crash remain under investigation.
