MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — A collision involving two vehicles is causing delays on Monday morning on Interstate 495, according to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS).

Details are limited; however, Pete Piringer, a spokesperson for MCFRS, said the collision occurred between River Road and the Interstate 270 spur.
Part of the Beltway is closed and emergency crews responded to the scene.
