A nearly $3.7 billion capital budget that provides money for infrastructure and state and local projects was passed by the Ohio Senate and House, on June 3 and 10, respectively. Gov. Mike DeWine is expected to sign it in the near future.
It contains $2,269,612 for projects in Muskingum County, $450,000 for Perry County and $430,000 for Morgan County.
