A fatal collision that may have involved a pedestrian caused major delays on the 5 Freeway near downtown Los Angeles during Monday morning’s commute.
The incident was reported around 3:50 a.m. on the southbound side of the freeway just north of Main Street in the Lincoln Heights area, according to the California Highway Patrol.
