Just after 8 a.m. on Friday, June 12, Dryden Fire & Ambulance was dispatched by Tompkins County 9-1-1 to a motor vehicle crash involving a school bus at the intersection of Kirk Road and Route 13.
According to Dryden Fire officials, no students were on board the Ithaca City School District bus at the time of the crash. The bus was occupied by the driver and an attendant, both of whom were evaluated by Dryden Ambulance personnel and did not suffer serious injuries.
The driver of the other vehicle, a Kia SUV, was transported by Dryden Ambulance to a Syracuse hospital for treatment of injuries…
