Calling for “further investigation,” prosecutors have dismissed a murder charge against a man suspected of fatally shooting his son June 3 in Veneta.
The Lane County Sheriff’s Office arrested Martin Grant Tierney, 63, in connection with the death of Mark Thomas Tierney.
