EUGENE, Ore. — A late-night crash near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Kinsrow Avenue led to the arrest of a 28-year-old woman on multiple charges, including felony DUII, according to Eugene police.
The Eugene Police Department said officers responded at about 10:53 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, to the area of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Kinsrow Avenue after a report of a motor vehicle crash.
Police said officers contacted the driver, Elizabeth Chandler, who was found outside her running vehicle, a 2016 black Chevy Equinox, and admitted she had been driving. Investigators said Chandler struck another vehicle on Kinsrow Avenue before continuing westbound…
