BAKERSFIELD, Calif (KGET) – In a surprising turn of events, the driver accused of stealing a cat in Bakersfield, California, during an Amazon delivery nearly a month ago is speaking out for the first time. And his response is not what one might think.
It started as an Amazon delivery on May 14 – and ended with a missing cat. Surveillance footage from the family’s Ring camera shows a delivery driver dropping off an Amazon package, then seemingly taking another package – Junie the cat.
