A Hopkinsville man was charged Thursday with theft and burglary after an investigation into a burglary on Little River Church Road.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they were called to the same property for a burglary twice, with a motorcycle stolen the second time, and after reviewing video footage, 38-year-old James Smith was interviewed and admitted to taking the motorcycle and entering the garage.
He reportedly claimed he gave the motorcycle valued at $5,000 to someone, but did not know their name…
