COLUMBUS (WJW) – A bill moving through the Ohio Statehouse could change when teens get their first chance behind the wheel.
The Ohio Senate unanimously approved Senate Bill 419, which would allow teenagers to get a learner’s permit at age 15 instead of 15 and a half.
