ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. (WPDE) — Former Red Springs Police Chief Antoinnette Hurtt resigned last week after just five months on the job, citing overcontrol by the town manager.
“It was many different things. Especially with the town manager, her intervening into police operations. To me, her power, she was overstepping her power, making decisions,” said Hurtt.
