SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Billy Barlow, the former mayor of Oswego, has been appointed to a deputy county position in Onondaga County.
Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon has hired Barlow as the Deputy County Executive for Economic Development.
McMahon said: “…success will not be measured by announcements alone. It will be measured by housing that gets built, infrastructure that gets completed, jobs that get created, and real improvements in the lives of our residents.”…
