(WSYR-TV) — According to Onondaga.gov, roughly 140 kids have been diagnosed with elevated blood led levels since January 2026 and last year’s total for the entirety of the year reached 452 kids.
Due to these startling statistics, many non-profits and other local organizations are finding ways to help those dealing with lead.
