A 71-year-old Franklin Township man has been charged with first-degree murder after strangling a 41-year-old woman to death, Gloucester County prosecutors said Monday.
According to prosecutors, Franklin Township officers responded to a home on East Avenue at around 6:16 a.m. on Thursday, June 11, where they tried to save the woman’s life.
