It took more than a year for a defense attorney to obtain a series of text messages from disgraced Massachusetts State Police Trooper Michael Proctor — and now she says what they reveal could impact not just one case, but potentially many.
Attorney Rosemary Scapicchio talked about those messages in an interview with NBC10 Boston, describing what she says are racist and sexually violent texts allegedly found on Proctor’s phone.
“He’s joking with his friends about dragging Black people from the back of his car,” Scapicchio said. “He’s joking with his friends about stopping Black people for nothing.”…
