LUBBOCK, Texas — As a part of recruit training for the Lubbock Police Department, one area of expertise that officers need to be specially trained in is how to spot drivers under the influence of alcohol.
To be able to become proficient in training for DWIs and DUIs, the academy puts on Standardized Field Sobriety Testing.
