LUBBOCK, Texas – Lubbock’s very own Benny Guerrero Jr. has been announced as the 2026-2027 VFW State Commander at the Texas Veteran of Foreign Wars convention held in Dallas Texas, on June 15.
The convention is held every year, where veterans come together to share ideas, strengthen the VFW organization and learn how to continue to serve veterans and their families and communities.
