LUBBOCK, Texas — A Lubbock man and chapter president of the Bandidos Motorcycle Club, Steven Glenn Ryals, 72, also known by the alias “Hot Tub”, entered a plea agreement for his role in possessing large quantities of methamphetamine for distribution.

EverythingLubbock.com previously reported that in early 2025, Lubbock authorities initiated an investigation into the Bandidos Notorious Warehouse, which was also Ryals’ residence.
The stipulated facts revealed that agents located a large Ziplock baggie containing suspected methamphetamine. The substance was found inside a locked drawer of a wooden filing cabinet, next to a cabinet containing Ryals’ BMC paraphernalia. Court documents state that in other areas of the office, multiple items were also found that are commonly used in the distribution of controlled substances, including numerous small plastic baggies consistent with packaging and resale and digital scales used to weigh narcotics.

The stipulated facts also showed that the substance in Ryals’ office was confirmed to be 1,420 grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride, with a purity of 98%, according to lab results. Ryal had 17.4 grams of methamphetamine, and he also possessed 2.91 grams in his vehicle…
