Teen sentenced for terroristic threats made against Halloween attraction in Sarpy County

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A teen who was charged with terroristic threats after making a post on social media threatening to “shoot up” a Sarpy County haunted house attraction was sentenced Monday.

18-year-old Marshall Fry was charged with terroristic threats, and had his bond set at $10 million when he made his first court appearance on Oct. 24.

On Monday, he was sentenced to three years in prison and 18 months of supervised release. He was given credit for 237 days.

A Sarpy County Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched on Oct. 6 to Scary Acres after a comment was made on the attraction’s Instagram account saying “Finna shoot you guys up.”…
