SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – Residents in an east Springfield neighborhood say debris remains after a nearby homeless encampment was cleared, leaving them with questions about who will clean it up.
Shopping carts, trash, and a toaster are among the items now floating in rainwater just east of the Kraft Heinz plant on East Catalpa St., near the Enchanted Woodlands neighborhood.
