The name of the woman killed in a car accident in Venango Township late last week has been released by the Butler County Coroner.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center shortly before 5:30 p.m. for a car versus flatbed with entrapment at the intersection of Oneida Valley Road (Route 38) and Woods Road.
