Larry’s boss testifies he didn’t show up for work, and that his texts to Larry dissapeared

CHULA VISTA, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — Larry Millete’s boss, Terry Fonville, took the stand on Monday morning to begin week five of the murder trial.

Larry and Fonville’s text messages were shown in court, but the prosecution quickly pointed out that when investigators looked at Fonville’s phone, there were days of text messages missing.

Those were crucial days of Jan. 6-8, 2021, when Maya went missing, and Larry didn’t show up for work.
