MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – An 18-year-old is now in custody on multiple charges, including attempted homicide, following a shooting in Wisconsin early Saturday morning.
According to a release from the Madison Police Department, officers responded around 4:30 a.m. to the 200 block of West Gilman Street in downtown Madison for reports of a suspect shooting into a vehicle, injuring two people.
After firing into the vehicle, officials say the suspect ran from the scene and was believed to be hiding on a rooftop nearby.
