ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police, investigating a shooting on School Street, say officers were able to arrest the suspect during a traffic stop the following night.
According to authorities, on June 8, officers with the department’s Specialized Community Oriented Police Enforcement (SCOPE) team identified Evan Moreno, 19, as the suspect in a school street shooting.
