The Ice Cream Factory will open its first Charlotte location on July 1 at The Arbors at Mallard Creek retail center. Construction is underway. The shop spans 1,540 square feet at 2121 E. Arbors Drive, Suite 110.
Josh Glover will run this franchise location. He’s 23. The young owner started working at the shop in February 2025 to cover rent and bills, never imagining he’d own one.
