INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WANE) A ruling has been issued regarding a complaint filed with the Commission on Judicial Qualifications against Allen County Judge Wendy Davis.
The complaint was filed back in April by the Allen County Democratic Party alleging that Davis had broken judicial rules by hosting an event for an Allen County Commissioner candidate. The complaint claimed that Davis had solicited funds for Ewelina Connolly, which is prohibited.
