WINCHESTER, Ky. (FOX 56) — A hazmat response is underway in Winchester after crews detected a petroleum gas leak.
Firefighters were called to Hubbard Road on Tuesday morning for reports of a strong gas odor.

Investigators later found a petroleum product in a monitoring well near the Marathon station at the bypass and Kentucky Highway 627.
