LANSING, Mich. (News 10) – With the chance for strong storms and flooding potential Wednesday afternoon and evening, the First Alert Weather Team has declared Wednesday a First Alert Weather Day.
Why we did this?
The potential for flooding, 1-3 inches of rain with isolated higher amounts along and south of 94 is the main reason behind the First Alert Weather Day. Most of that rain will come within a short period of time, leading to the potential for flooding especially in areas that saw the most rain from Tuesday’s round of storms.
