Mayor-Elect Sharon Ashe-Nadrowski today announced the leadership of the Department of Public Works (DPW) Transition Committee, appointing Scott Sisk and Mina Samuel to serve as Co-Chairs as the incoming administration continues assembling teams that will help guide the future of city government. The Department of Public Works Transition Committee is tasked with reviewing operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing recommendations that will help ensure Bayonne continues to deliver high-quality services to residents while maintaining and modernizing critical infrastructure.
Sisk is a lifelong Bayonne resident with more than three decades of experience in fleet management, operations, logistics, infrastructure support, and team leadership. He currently serves as Fleet Operations and Client Success Manager for Reliable Paper Recycling in Jersey City, where he oversees more than 200 fleet units, manages over 100 employees, and is responsible for millions of dollars in assets and inventory.
He previously served as Director of Fleet Operations for the Nacirema Group, managing more than 240 vehicles and equipment units while supporting large-scale environmental, demolition, waste management, and snow removal operations.
