SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. — A Santa Rosa County business owner was recently arrested for illegal commercial dumping, according to Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
31-year-old Tyler Kolbeck turned himself in to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office last Thursday on a charge of Dumping Litter Prohibited (a 3rd-degree felony). He was released from jail the same day on $2,500 bond.
