PENSACOLA, Florida — James Darnell Shoemo, Jr., a 30-year-old resident of Pensacola, Florida, has been indicted on multiple federal charges, including drug trafficking and firearm possession.
Shoemo faces one count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, one count of possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon, and one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense, according to John P. Heekin, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida.
