(WJAR) — Student groups from Pawtucket, Providence, and Jamestown are being recognized for videos they created to promote the importance of going to school.
The Rhode Island Department of Education announced the winners of its Attendance Matters RI Student video contest, a statewide effort aimed at getting students to talk to their peers about why daily attendance matters.
