A notable landowner is suing the city of St. George over a proposed zoning change it claims is “unconstitutional and unenforceable.”
LRK LLC is seeking legal action against St. George concerning the city’s proposal to rezone LRK’s nearly 60-acre parcel, which is a part of the Kleinpeter family’s land, adjacent to the Pecue Lane interchange at Interstate 10. The suit was filed June 8.
