Salvation Army breaks ground expanding shelter and dining in Cleveland and McClain Co.

NORMAN, Okla. (KFOR) – It was a beautiful morning in Norman as The Salvation Army of Cleveland and McClain counties broke ground on an expanded shelter and new dining facility in Norman.

This project is a significant investment in services in Norman and will help Oklahomans. Construction should be completed by next Spring.
